OSS Robotics
Orlando Science Schools robotics club started 3 years ago with 3 FLL teams. Our first season proved to be a successful one with 2 teams moving onto Regional Tournaments. On our second year we had 4 FLL teams, an FTC team and an FRC team. This year with the school expanding to include an elementary school our club grew to include 2 Jr.FLL teams, 4 FLL teams, 2 FTC teams and an FRC team.
Orlando Science Schools is a charter school that accepts students, free of charge from anywhere in Orange County. Using STEM focused curriculum its mission is to provide students with unique educational opportunities not available in their zoned public schools. Though it is only 3 years old it earned an “A” rating in the state of Florida. Students participate in Science Fair, Science Bowl, Math Olympiad and Science Olympiad where our team competes at the national level.
